Tourism entrepreneur and Managing Director of Everest Miracle Travels & Tours, Bharat Jung Pandey, has officially announced his candidacy for the presidency of the Nepal Association of Tour and Travel Agents (NATTA) for the upcoming executive term.
With more than two decades of experience in Nepal's tourism industry, Pandey is widely recognized for his expertise in tourism business management, institutional development, international partnership building, and strategic leadership. His extensive industry experience has earned him a reputation as a trusted and visionary leader among tourism entrepreneurs.
Pandey previously served as a Member of the NATTA Executive Committee during the 2020–2022 term, where he actively contributed to strengthening the institution, protecting the interests of tourism entrepreneurs, and addressing key issues affecting Nepal's travel and tourism sector.
Announcing his candidacy, Pandey pledged to transform NATTA into a stronger, more modern, efficient, and member-centric organization.
His key priorities include protecting the rights and interests of tourism entrepreneurs, strengthening coordination with the government and relevant stakeholders, advocating for tourism policy reforms, expanding international partnerships, accelerating digital transformation, nurturing young tourism leaders, and enhancing the quality of services provided to NATTA members.
As Nepal's leading representative organization for tour and travel entrepreneurs, NATTA's upcoming election is expected to attract significant attention from the country's tourism industry, with several experienced professionals entering the leadership race.
